Timeless
Certain things withstand the test of time… a plain button-down shirt, suspenders, flat caps… They come and go, but they’re always a part of men’s fashion, whether it’s 1820, 1920, or 2020.
The “Johnny Set” from COMPLEX is no exception. This Hipster-tinged ensemble is made up of shirt, pants, and suspenders – sold separately so you can mix and match, or you can choose the Fatpack option if you’re like me and can’t make up your mind.
Although the outfit is meant to be modern, I’ve chosen to go with a retro feel for this post and did my shoot on the redesigned Second Pride sim, which I’m told will remain open to the public as a shopping destination and hangout after this year’s Pride festival has ended.
The build was inspired by 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots, which took place in New York City and are considered to be the main event leading to our modern Gay liberation movement. Be sure to come on down and check it out.

Jock’d Pride Edition
Hi guys, the June 2019 Jock’d edition was released last week, but I thought i’d blog it anyway, since it’s Pride month and the ‘speedo’ version does feature some nice Pride-themed options.
There is also a jock version included which is very nice, but as the HUD does not include a Pride pattern I thought I’d stick to the speedo for the pics.
In case you are not famililar with the “Jock’d” collection, it’s put out once a month by THIRST as a pre-order item and delivered to you around the 6th of the month. Pre-ordering the item provides you with a texture/color change HUD that includes extra options not available when the set is released to the general public later in the month.
